How does the coin system work?

Our platform uses a coin-based payment system where 1 coin = ₹1. You purchase coins and use them to pay for therapy sessions. Video calls cost 200 coins per minute, and voice calls cost 100 coins per minute. You only pay for the time you actually use.

Are the therapists licensed and verified?

Yes, all therapists on our platform are licensed professionals. We thoroughly verify each therapist's credentials, licenses, and background before they can join our platform. You can view each therapist's qualifications and specializations on their profile.

Is my data secure and private?

Absolutely. We use end-to-end encryption for all video calls, voice calls, and messages. Your sessions are completely private and confidential. We never share your personal information or session data with third parties. Read more on our Security page.

Can I get a refund for unused coins?

Yes, you can request a refund for unused coins within 30 days of purchase. Simply contact our support team through the contact page or email, and we'll process your refund request.

How do I book a session with a therapist?

After creating an account and purchasing coins, browse our network of therapists. View their profiles, specializations, and availability. When you find a therapist you'd like to work with, you can start a session immediately if they're available, or schedule one for later.

What if I have technical issues during a session?

If you experience any technical issues, you can contact our support team immediately. We also have troubleshooting guides in your dashboard. Your session time will be paused if there are connection issues, so you won't be charged for time you couldn't use.

Can I switch therapists?

Yes, you can work with any therapist on the platform. There's no commitment to a single therapist. You can browse and connect with different therapists based on your needs and preferences.
